These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gsccleaners.com and your interactions with Gold Standard Cleaners LLC ("Gold Standard Cleaners," "GSC," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Website Purpose
The website provides general information about Gold Standard Cleaners LLC and allows businesses and other prospective customers to request information, a commercial cleaning assessment, a quote, or an appointment. Website content is informational and may be changed without notice.
2. Quote and Service Requests
Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not create a service agreement or obligate Gold Standard Cleaners LLC to accept a project. Pricing, scope, schedule, service frequency, contract length, and other terms are determined after reviewing the facility and requirements and are effective only when stated in a separate written proposal or agreement accepted by the parties.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for having authority to provide business, facility, and contact information and to request services for the location identified.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or fraudulent information, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service, or use the website to violate another person’s rights or applicable law. '
Age Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or participate in Gold Standard Cleaners LLC’s SMS messaging program.

6. SMS Messaging Terms
Program name. Gold Standard Cleaners LLC Messaging Program.
Program description. Users may separately opt in to receive non-marketing text messages concerning commercial cleaning quote requests, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and service-related communications. Users may also separately opt in to receive marketing and promotional messages, including cleaning-service information, special offers, and follow-up related to an inquiry.
Consent. SMS consent is voluntary, is not a condition of purchase, and is collected through separate checkboxes that are unchecked by default. Consent for non-marketing messages does not constitute consent for marketing messages.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop messages from that messaging program. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message. You may need to opt out separately from different messaging programs if you joined more than one.
